1.How to order

Import from China, It can’t be more easy even you are not company and have no import license, we can deliver the productions to you by DHL/UPS/FedEx or by air.

The process starts when you first contact us by phone, fax or email. Whether you have an exist products you want to duplicate, or are creation a new design with your logo.

Send us what you have(Prefered Formats: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Corel Draw), based on your requirements, we can give you suggestions to help you find the right design and the best process.

 

2.What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the material and process.

 

3. What guarantee do we have since advance payment is required?

We do not aim our job only in production but also in building strong and long term relationship with our customers. Our success based on customer satisfaction. Further, each order has a SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) to follow, production is only proceeded after all details have been confimed, we do 100% inspected before shipment, and take responsibility for default goes beyond acceptance.

 

4. What is your production lead time?

Production lead time depends on production process and order quantity, normally the sample lead time is 7 days, mass production lead time is 7-15 days.

 

5. What’s different between silkscreen and offset printing?

It is different printing technique and mainly differ in color presentation. Silkcreen often used for simple design and less colors. Offsent printing is suitable for complex artwork and lots of colors.

 

6. Why can’t stainless steal be plated?

Stainless steel has a coating on it to prevent rusty, therefore no plating is needed, We usually do plating on products that made of brass, copper, iron, zinc alloy and pewter.

 

7. Why can’t we use stainless steal for stamping?

Stainless steel as well as iron are high density materials. Stamping on high density materials, the mold will be easily damaged and result in high product default rate, therefore it is not recommended.

 

8. Why does stamping need metal borders?

The fundamental of stamping technique is to create borders, and shape up the pattern on metal plate, further, the metal borders separate each zone and enable the product to be filled with different colors.

 

9.What are the differences between soft, hard enamel and imation hard enamel?
